A sweet, essentially heatless C. chinense from Venezuela (Cumaná region, Marigüitar/Cumanacoa area). The classic Venezuelan seasoning pepper archetype — aromatic habanero-type aroma with virtually no capsaicin heat (0–500 SHU). "Dulce" (sweet) confirms its role as a flavor seasoning pepper. Used in Venezuelan sofrito and cooking the same way Aji Dulce is used throughout the Caribbean. Multiple vendors explicitly describe it as "practically devoid of heat."
